Enclosed trailer: the entire surface area of the 24 foot enclosed trailer is available to Supporters.
Driving Suits: the entire suit is available for displaying Supporterís patches or needlework, subject to allowing other Supporters to display their patches (a la NASCAR driverís suits).
Helmets: the entire helmet is available for displaying Supporters logo or paint schemes, subject to allowing other Supporters to display their logos.
Note: notwithstanding the above noted "booked" space,
we are aware of the need to get your name into photographs, TV and film
footage, and will do all possible to ensure that you receive the coverage
It is our goal to secure quality Supporters to help mitigate the cost of preparation and operation of Team Iron Buttís entry in the above events in 2004. Team Iron Butt recognizes that it has an obligation to provide a good return on investment to each Supporter. We will do our very best to recruit a publicist to the Team and to continually increase the amount of local and National press coverage devoted to the event in question and the supporters of Team Iron Butt.
Team Iron Butt also agrees to cooperate with Supporterís staff to ensure that they have timely releases and photographs for inclusion in house publications and advertising.
Above all, Team Iron Butt hopes to develop a long term working relationship
with each Supporter, and will do our very best to earn and maintain that
So as to quantify the obligations of both parties, we have established three "levels of support". It is our sincere hope that one of these levels will meet your requirements, and that you will join us as an official Supporter of Team Iron Butt.
Should you desire to support Team Iron Butt in some other fashion, we would be delighted to consider your proposal.
